Stay just 5 minutes from downtown Winter Park and 8 minutes from Winter Park Resort in this spacious, welcoming condo—perfect for your whole crew. The roomy living area features a brand-new queen pullout with a memory foam mattress, a cozy loveseat, and plenty of space to gather for games or movie nights on the smart TV loaded with all your favorite apps (login required) plus free live TV.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with new stainless appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee options, and a well-stocked starter tea and coffee drawer. Enjoy your meals around the large dining table that comfortably seats eight—ideal for family dinners or après-ski feasts.

The bunk room sleeps four comfortably (twin over a full bed bunk and a twin trundle underneath) and includes its own TV, giving it a fun “private movie room” vibe. A full bath with a tub sits right outside. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and even a pull-down desk with a mounted monitor—perfect for anyone who needs a quiet workspace during their stay.

Just a short walk (or quick drive) away is the clubhouse, with parking right up front. Provided for you are towels, puddle jumpers, goggles, showers, swimsuit dryers, sports equipment, and a full gym. Outside, a heated year-round pool and two large in-ground hot tubs offer the perfect luxury after a busy day on the mountain.

Prefer not to drive during your stay? “The Lyft,” a free year-round shuttle, stops less than 100 yards from your door and takes you to Winter Park Resort, downtown Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby—making your adventure effortless.

As is typical for mountain homes, this property does not have air conditioning. We provide two large fans, and evenings here cool down nicely thanks to the elevation.

Please note, our HOA does not allow dogs for guests. But, we as owners bring our dog when we occasionally use the condo. Although we always complete a thorough cleaning you may find a stray dog hair.

Hello and thanks for checking out our listing. We are a wife and husband team who decided to fulfill our dream of owning a place in the mountains. We moved to Colorado about 20 years ago and enjoy all the mountains have to offer ourselves. We soon discovered that staying at short term rentals makes skiing, hiking and biking so much easier. By fulfilling our dream we hope to give you ease of access to all of what Colorado has to offer as well.

Why they chose this property

We quickly fell in love with Fraser, Colorado. Fraser is a family friendly town with its own unique small mountain town vibe. Easy access to Winter Park Ski Resort is what drew us in but Fraser itself also has a lot to offer. Fraser has its own snow tubing hill just minutes from the condo. The Fraser River Trail is great for biking, walking and fishing. There is a newly constructed bike pump track and two fishing ponds also minutes from the condo.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has a spacious living area which is great for large dinners, game nights and cozying up to the fireplace. The condo also has easy access to the club house which has many amenities including a large heated pool, two outdoor hut tubs, fully equipped gym, indoor racquetball courts, outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, sauna and ping pong table.
