About this property

Hale Ha - North Shore O’ahu Peace, nature, an escape inside Sacred Valley

Breathe, a rustic modern cabin that will take your breath away with views of the Sacred Valley and the soothing sounds of the north shore surf.  Designed In the tradition of the Hawaiian lifestyle incorporating an eco friendly experience, it will feel like a quintessential Hawaiian experience. It's a cabin with a "loo with a view" (a custom composting toilet) also indoor/out mod cons like hot indoor/outdoor shower and a kitchen equipped with a toaster oven and hot plate. Climb up to bed in the loft. Wake up with coffee in the morning and listen to the birds; watch the Hawaiian wildlife as you sit in the screened in lanai. Frequent visits of wild boar and mongoose will captivate your experience.  Try a campfire at night or a hike to the beautiful river. The property sits on acres of farmland and you have the opportunity to be part of the A'ina program to learn about Hawaiian cultural living and caring for the land.
This is truely a stay for the adventurer and naturalist.

My husband and I lived in Hawaii for years, so we knew that we wanted a quiet escape with a view far away from Waikiki, and this was it! Waking up to the Mountain View every morning was so refreshing, and the sound of the rain on the tin roof every night made us so happy. Exploring the property and having serene places to sit with views of the valley and river brought us so much peace and happiness. Do not underestimate that shower! It doesn’t look like much, but the water pressure and temperatures are perfect and the breeze coming through were both refreshing and relaxing. We will absolutely book this again!
