HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Large 3-½ room maisonette on the 2nd floor. Entrance with large wardrobe. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. One bedroom with two single beds and two loft beds. Bathroom with shower. Upper floor with open kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher, dining area and balcony. Living room with TV and fireplace. Communal washing machine. 2 parking spaces in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PLACE

The house is located just before the ski service Corvatsch in Surlej.
Cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails near the house. The cable car Corvatsch can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter it is a popular destination thanks to the beautiful ski slopes, in summer it is the starting point for many hikes. The bus stop is about 150 m from the house, buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions. The local bus leaves every 20 minutes from Silvaplana to Surlej.
There is a bakery in Surlej, other shops can be found in Silvaplana and St. Moritz.

Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine wollte ihren Dienst am Anfang nicht verrichten. Am gleichen Abend bekamen wir einen Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine wurde getauscht. Perfekter Service! Tolle Wohnung, tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ottimo appartamento: - ampia e spaziosa la camera matrimoniale ed il relativo bagno, - ottima e ben attrezzata la cucina e comoda la zona giorno. - discreta la seconda camera con due letti singoli a pavimento, ma con due letti a parete decisamente poco utilizzabili soprattutto per adulti. I letti a parete rappresentano un ostacolo per chi utilizza i letti a pavimento. Mancano comodini e attaccapanni a parete. Risicato il secondo bagno. Ottimi i posti auto.
