Quiet mature oriented community in Cross Creek Country Club with choice of 2 beautiful community pools and hot tubs. The golf cousre is a reasonably priced executive par 60 public course so guests will be able to play as desired. The pickleball courts are directly behind the condo and there are Bocce Ball courts to use. There are two nice bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and 1 with bathtub /shower combination. New A/C unit will keep you comfortable and cool after a day of exploring or golf. The condo is on the 2nd floor with required steps for entry. Book now and enjoy all this condo has to offer.
