This stay was the best time ever!!! To anybody wanting to book this unit in Kent, please don’t hesitate to book your stay. I cannot even begin to explain how warm, comforting, and easy it was to stay here. It had every appliance you could need, and the linen was fully stocked! The bedding was clean, comfortable, and they even provided extra toiletries which we needed!Every time we came back at the end of the day, it didn’t feel like we were coming back to a rental, it was to the point where my family and I started saying “I’ll meet you back at home” referring to our rental. The decorations were beautiful and so was the attention to detail. Not to mention the recliner couches were so comfortable!! The fact that it was gated also made our stay feel very safe and secure when it came to parking our rental car in the garage every night. Lastly, We needed to keep cool in the apartment since it’s summer in Seattle, and the host brought us two fans for the duration of our stay. Just wonderful. We plan to come back every time we visit Seattle. Thank you!!! God bless you!

The beds and couch were comfortable. The bath towels were excellent. The host was kind and sent a few messages but there was a language barrier and it was difficult for me to explain these issues. There was some food and bottled water left for us which was nice. The very best part was check-in and check out times were excellent. However, the place was difficult to find because the directions were not clear. And when we walked in the potpourri was so overbearing I had to collect all of them (a lot of them) and place them outside but the smell still lingered all week giving us all headaches. I was also very disappointed with how dirty the place was. There were cobwebs and dust all over the baseboards. The kitchen backsplash and coffee station had food splashes everywhere . The white doors and cabinets had fingerprints, food splashes and hair covering them. I had to clean the doorknobs and light switches because they were really dirty. There was also broken glass on the kitchen floor and under a side table in the kitchen. I thought the kitchen stovetop was just scratched however when I used the burner it started smoking because it was not scratches it was just not cleaned. There was too much stuff on the front porch the rugs kept getting stuck in the door. We kept bumping into things inside the house because there was too much stuff everywhere. I was very disappointed with this property with the amount of money and non refundable “incidental” I spent on it.

guest did not follow the house rule they bring too many people in the house and threw a party threw overnight We have house rules and it says no parties, the neighbours complained, they couldn’t sleep. They make a lot of noise inside the house and outside the porch. also, they moved around the house decoration and breaking and damaging
