A newly renovated home with the unique combination of privacy and walking access to downtown Kennebunkport. Enjoy the best of two worlds: a historic home on the site of the original 1820 schoolhouse, combined with the luxury of modern amenities.
This gambrel-style home has been completely renovated to reflect the expectations of the modern traveler while continuing to respect the charming original architecture & details.
You will find 3 well appointed bedrooms, a large kitchen & living areas.
All bedrooms have window A/C units, as well as the kitchen and living room. Home also has two gas fireplaces and central heat throughout.
This home is now being lovingly hosted by new owners who are excited to continue offering a great Kennebunkport stay experience.
Guest have access to the entire property for their sole use during the stay. Owners are not on property during a guests stay.
