Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Es liegt durch die

Waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Es liegt durch die Sackgasse sehr ruhig, die Jalousien ermöglichen auch einen etwas längeren Schlaf in Dunkelheit, der Mückenschutz an den Fenstern ist ein Traum, kaum eine Fliege, Mücke oder Wespe verirrt sich in die Wohnung und wenn dann allenfalls durch die Terassentür. 2 Verbesserungs-Vorschläge hätte wir: die Parkplätze sollten zumindest markiert sein, wie zu parken ist. Mancher parkte zum Zaun des Nachbarn, was ein hin und her rangieren für andere zur Folge hatte. Die Terrasse macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck durch Unkraut und unebene / gebrochene Platten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung wieder nehmen oder die da neben (ein Plus ist da die Waschmaschine)

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung sehr sauber. Allerdings war der Fernsehempfang schlecht. Das ARD-Programm sowie die angeschlossenen Sender nicht verfügbar.(Umstellung von SD auf HD wohl nicht erfolgt). 2 Rauchmelder benötigten neue Batterien. Beides wurde direkt am 1 Tag gemeldet. Eine Rückmeldung oder neue Batterien haben wir nicht bekommen. Das ist sehr schade, denn auch eine negative Meldung (in Sachen Fernseher) wäre eine Meldung gewesen. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr geehrtes Team, der Empfang zur Ankunft war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls in Ordnung. Auffällig war, dass nicht ein Blatt Toilettenpapier vorhanden war. Eine Rolle für beide Toiletten hätte uns schon ausgereicht. Schade war, dass man zu 10 Uhr die Wohnung verlassen muss aber die Schlüsselabgabe erst persönlich ab 11 Uhr erfolgen kann. Da hätte man das kleine Problem direkt ansprechen können.
