The main social space harmoniously integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. In the living room, you'll find two comfortable sofa beds, perfect for accommodating your guests. Adjacent to this area, a sunny patio invites you to enjoy moments outdoors, equipped with an electric grill ideal for preparing delicious meals. On this level, you'll also find one of the bathrooms and the master bedroom. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a stunning private terrace with a small plunge pool, offering an oasis of relaxation and panoramic views.



Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport to receive check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of the guest who made the reservation; this does not apply to Airbnb reservations) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they paid for.

We can also store your luggage (while the property is being cleaned, inside the apartment in an orderly and locked manner; we do not have a reception in the building) in case you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
