Casa Calabardina located in the village of Calabardina is beautiful ,large , 5 bedroom-air conditioned villa across the road from the beach. It is the ultimate family holiday home. Kids love it. Every bedroom has separate and direct access to the veranda which wraps around the house, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean . There's a huge pool and a toddlers pool. It has a large manicured lawned garden with BBQ. It has an open plan salon and a well equipped kitchen with attached pantry and utility room ( containing washer ,dryer,freezer). It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms . In the basement there are ping pong and a fuzball tables.....
CASA CALABARDINA is equipped with internet , wifi , music system and smart TV.

The beach directly across the road is quiet and great for sunbathing and picnics as you can drive your car directly onto the beach.
However the beach in the centre of the village ( 10 minute walk , 2 minute drive ) is better for swimming .
There are 6 small beaches within 5 minutes drive .
The local village of Calabardina has 7 small restaurants.
Aguilas town is 7 minute drive away is full of traditional restaurants, tapas bars and shops . It also has a large Mercadonna supermarket. The market on Saturday morning is enormous and typically Spanish..
So if you're looking for a genuine Spanish family holiday experience , where you can rest , relax and enjoy the real Spain and experience Spanish culture and cuisine , far far from the packaged holiday , look no further.

2 pet dogs are very welcome . Unfortunately cats are not allowed.
Alicante Airport 90 mins away, Murcia airport 60 mins away , Almeria airport 60 mins away . Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Easy Jet among others fly to the above airports...

Pros: The villa is large and very well equipped. The large terrace overlooking a great pool are the high points and make for a great famly holiday if you have kids who love to spend time in the water. Good air conditioning units in all bedrooms make sleeping comfortable. The local town is perfect if you want to avoid the English ( we did not hear another English accent when we were there in the height of August). The sandy beach is within a 10 minute walk of the villa and is clean with beautiful soft sand - again great for kids.There are a couple of restaurants with traditional well priced Spanish cuisine. If you want more choice or sophistcation then Aguila is a larger town just a few minutes drive away.Very good value for money and highly recommended.
