Guests will find a lovely screened in porch for relaxing as well as private porches with 3 of the bedrooms. Have fun in the kid's movie room and an arcade area perfect for family time. The master suite is large enough that you'll never want to leave! You are only steps away from the ocean or soak up some sun from one of the many porches available.

Why they chose this property
We choose this area because we love the north cape experience. Kayak the bay at Rish Park Bayside (just across the path), enjoy the sunsets on the porch or beachside, ride bikes down to St Joseph State Park, count how many sea creatures you can spot in an afternoon, play pickle ball at Salinas Park, or look for for the biggest shells you have ever seen at Stump Hole.
What makes this property unique
There aren't many properties that you just step off the deck to the beach and can enjoy 4000 sq ft. of deck!
