The Gathering Haus sleeps 10 and is designed for making memories— Girls Getaway, game nights, golf days, and mornings spent planning your next mountain adventure. There is no longer a functioning hot tub at this property. Located in Innsbruck and only minutes from downtown Helen.

Beginning with the living room on the main floor, middle level, The Gathering Haus offers soft leather furniture in an open airy space. Relax with the new electric fireplace while watching your favorites on the Roku TV.

The kitchen features full-size appliances including a stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with front ice and water dispensers, a glass-top stove with oven, microwave and a dishwasher. For your convenience, there are small appliances including a toaster, Keurig coffee maker, a blender and tea kettle. The cabinets are filled with all the cookware and utensils you will need should you decide to perform chef's magic in the kitchen! The cupboards are stocked with ample dinnerware and glassware to set a fantastic table for any meal, morning, noon or night. The dining table seats 8 comfortably.

On this main floor is also the master bedroom with a queen bed an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and a private deck that wraps around to the back side of the property.

Upstairs is a loft with a futon for two and a trundle with 2 twin beds. This area can be used for sleeping or television entertainment.

On the lower level are found two additional guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and their own bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub.

This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $100 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional.

• Minimum Age Requirement: The Gathering Haus is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 3 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The road and driveway are paved. There are 20 stair steps from the parking area to the downstairs entrance.
• Pets: Small Dogs under 30 lbs are allowed at The Gathering Haus with paid pet fee(s).
• Location: 1.3 miles to downtown Helen.
