The Space:

Tucked right at the base of Mt. Elden, this home is built for groups who want easy access to the outdoors without giving up comfort or space to spread out. From the front door, you’re just steps from some of Flagstaff’s best hiking and mountain biking trails, but somehow still only 8 minutes from downtown restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Whether your group is spending the day exploring or staying in, the house is set up to make both feel easy.



Mornings here usually start with coffee on the deck while the mountain lights up behind the trees, kids playing in the backyard, or an early workout in the home gym before heading out on the trails. For anyone mixing work with a getaway, the home also includes two dedicated desk setups and workspaces with plenty of room to settle in. After a day outside, everyone tends to find their own corner of the house — soaking in the hot tub, playing pool, grilling dinner on the BBQ deck, gathering around the firepit, or winding down with a game of bocce while the sun sets. Inside, the chef’s kitchen and open living spaces make it easy for large groups to gather comfortably, while the nursery, crib, high chair, and stair gates make traveling with little ones feel much more manageable. Despite feeling tucked into nature, downtown Flagstaff is still only 8 minutes away.

Yes, this home has split A/C units in the main living room, primary bedroom, and nursery — as for the other bedrooms, Flagstaff’s cool mountain evenings make it easy to crack a window and let the fresh air do its thing. Whether you’re a breeze-lover or a thermostat-setter, you’ll stay comfortable either way.



➼Parking

Whether you’re rolling in solo or with a full crew, you’ll have space to spare. The large driveway fits 3-4 cars comfortably, and there’s garage parking available too.



➼Traveling with Little Ones? We’ve partnered with BabyQuip to make family travel easier. Guests can rent a sanitized pack ’n play and high chair, delivered directly to the property for your convenience. Rental costs are the responsibility of the guest and can be arranged easily through BabyQuip.



➼Winter Guests:

Flagstaff is a magical winter destination—and we make sure you're ready to enjoy it. Our contracted snow removal team clears the driveway whenever snowfall exceeds 3 inches during your reservation, so your arrival and mobility are always a priority. For added convenience, we provide a snow shovel and ice melt at the property to help keep entryways safe during your stay.

Please note: While we prepare the property thoroughly regardless of weather conditions, city-managed street clearing schedules are outside our control. If snow is in the forecast, we strongly recommend arriving before or after the storm and stocking up on groceries in advance. This way, you can enjoy the winter wonderland from the comfort of the home without travel interruptions. Due to these uncontrollable factors, we do not issue refunds for weather-related delays.



➼Pet Policy: While we love your four-legged friends, this home is not pet friendly.



➼No Parties or Events: To maintain the peaceful nature of our neighborhood and the quality of our home, we do not allow parties, events, or unauthorized guests. Flagstaff enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM, and we ask all guests to be respectful of our community. House rules are thoughtfully enforced.



➼Hot Tub Use & Guidelines

To keep the hot tub clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests shower before use to prevent oils, lotions, and debris from affecting the water balance. The hot tub is professionally serviced, but maintaining proper pH levels is a shared effort. Please also avoid glass near the spa and always supervise children. Use the cover when not in use to preserve heat and cleanliness. Thank you for helping us care of our spa!



➼Fire Pit Etiquette & Safety

Our propane-fueled fire pit is perfect for evening chats and s’mores under the stars. For safety, never leave the flame unattended, keep a clear area around the pit, and ensure the gas is fully turned off after use. Once cooled, please replace the cover to protect the unit and maintain performance.



➼Neighborhood Noise: Our home is conveniently located near major routes through Flagstaff, which means you may occasionally hear ambient noise from nearby freeway traffic or passing trains. Flagstaff is an active rail corridor, and train activity can occur at any hour of the day or night. We want to set transparent expectations so you can plan accordingly!
