This thoughtfully designed contemporary home blends modern concrete architecture with warm tropical touches, creating a comfortable and stylish space surrounded by nature. Located within La Norma, a quiet gated community in Tamarindo with daytime gated access and nighttime security patrol, the property offers both privacy and convenience close to town and the beach.

The home features the living room and kitchen positioned at the center of the home, while the bedrooms are separated for added privacy. Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and connect the indoor spaces seamlessly with the outdoor deck and tropical surroundings and refreshing private swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking at home, including an island with seating for three. Just outside, a covered wooden terrace with dining for six creates a relaxing outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, dinners, or enjoying the warm evenings surrounded by the garden.

Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third detached bedroom offers two twin beds that can also be converted into a king upon request, making the layout flexible for couples, families, or groups of friends. Blackout curtains and blinds are installed throughout for additional comfort.

The home includes air conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fans, a full laundry area, reliable wifi, TV, and secure parking for two vehicles within the property.

La Norma is a peaceful residential community unlike any other in Tamarindo, known for its greenery, larger lots, and quiet atmosphere while still remaining just minutes from restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms, and the beach.

We are here for you throughout your stay!

Please note that garden and pool maintenance are scheduled and authorized to be on the property twice a week so this is to be expected. And to ensure your gorgeous views remain tidy!

- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
