A quick drive to Hillsboro Airport, WA County Fairgrounds, & HWY 26.

The home was built in 2023 and comes with modern design and appliances. On it's own private lot, fully fenced and gated entry.

This property is very pet friendly with it being fully gated and secure with artificial pet turf areas along with a dog waste bin.

Enjoy the outside covered area with seating, lighting, BBQ, and more!

- 2 x Foldable Twin Bed Mattresses stored under the queen bed in the bedroom (75" in L x 38" in W x 4" in H), which can be used with or without foldable bed frames.

- 2 x Foldable Twin Bed Frames stored in bedroom closet. Must use mattresses if frames are in use.

- Living room has 2 x Couches with pull out beds that can support an individual up to 70" inches Height
