All vehicles parked on-site must display the required parking pass.

Any locked owner's closets or maintenance areas are not accessible to guests.

Parking:

March 1–October 31:
• One reserved parking space marked C402 is provided.
• Additional paid parking is available at Geronimo RV Park approximately one block away.

November 1–February 28:
Guests may park a second vehicle within the Alerio community. Parking during this period is unreserved.

Security Devices:
• For guest and property security, an exterior doorbell camera with audio monitors the entrance to the condo.
• A noise monitor is located in the living room to monitor sound levels and help maintain compliance with local/community noise requirements. The device does not record conversations or audio.

Mandatory Guest Verification:
For added protection, we use Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage protection provider. The primary guest will receive a secure link after booking and must complete the required verification prior to check-in.
