Our guesthouse is the perfect upstate getaway. Located in the beautiful Fly Creek Valley, this 1 bedroom / 1 bath is newly built and is a great place to unwind and relax in nature. Secluded and quiet, a center point to explore everything the Leatherstocking region & Cooperstown has to offer.

Just minutes to all the Cooperstown/Otsego Lake destinations. 5 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony site.
