This cosy semi-detached house in the "Korsar" category is located in the new section of the holiday park and offers 50 m² of space, enough for up to 4 people. On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small storage room for your belongings, and the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table are also located here. Enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather on your own terrace, which you can access directly from the living room.
You can reach the upper floor of the townhouse via a wooden staircase. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with one or two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located here.
There’s a free parking space for your car right in front of the house.

The name “Korsar” doesn’t just stand for buccaneers and a class of sailboats, but also for a comfortable semi-detached home of approx. 50 m², where up to 3 people (plus a toddler) can enjoy a carefree holiday near the North Sea.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with an attached kitchen and dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The bedrooms (one furnished with a double bed and TV, the other with a pull-out single bed) and another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet are located on the upper floor.

In addition, you have access to the sun terrace (including patio furniture), a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.


Pets are not allowed in this house.



The holiday home is located just beyond the dike. Comfortably and tastefully furnished over approximately 50 square metres and designed to accommodate up to 3 (Korsar II) or 4 (Korsar I) people (plus a small child, if applicable), you’ll find everything you need for a carefree holiday.
A beautiful semi-detached house awaits you in the lively North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula. Enjoy a holiday right by the North Sea—it’s sure to leave you feeling refreshed!
The house spans two levels and features either two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet, or one bathroom on the upper floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the children’s room has either a pull-out single bed or two single beds. 

If you’re travelling with a toddler, you’re welcome to request a travel cot or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so that these items will be ready for you upon arrival!

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted.

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a terrace here. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing! But even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.
You’re welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is located right next to the house. A flat-rate final cleaning fee applies to the apartment. However, you’re also welcome to take care of the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for both children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Go swimming at the Nordseelagune water park – enjoy swimming in the seawater lake with no tides – or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast with no admission fee; take advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn—which features a go-kart track and mini-golf—in town. Explore the region by bike; you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation.
