Bungalow im Schloßgarten - Bungalow Gartenblick

Located in Schwerin, the state capital, in the historic Schloßgarten district, we offer a renovated, allergy-friendly bungalow for rent. A small entryway, a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are spread across 65 m². The bungalow is located in the garden and is accessible via 11 granite steps.
The bungalow and terrace are barrier-free. You can access the spacious terrace from the living room and bedroom. To ensure that guests of shorter stature also feel comfortable, all doors are 2.10 m high. The double bed is 1.60 m wide and 2.20 m long. A lockable storage box is available in the upper part of the property for bicycles you bring along. Guest Wi-Fi is available. Bed linens and towels are included.
Primarily eco-friendly materials were used in the construction and renovation (including lime and clay plaster, lightweight clay and clay panels, Isofloc insulation, and wooden windows and doors). Underfloor heating and hot water are provided by a geothermal heat pump. The windows are equipped with insect screens.
Late check-in (after 6:00 PM) only by prior telephone arrangement!

We’d be happy to buy your first breakfast according to your preferences at EDEKA or REWE. You only pay the amount on the receipt. We’ll throw in a breakfast egg (from the neighbor’s chickens) for free.
No smoking and no pets.
Rental: An extra bed is not available.

PRICE INFORMATION:
1. ACCOMMODATION RATE: Electricity consumption is not included. It will be billed based on usage (metre reading) at the currently valid rate.
2. NIGHTLY ACCOMMODATION TAX: IMPORTANT NOTE:
The city of Schwerin levies a nightly accommodation tax equal to 7% of the fee charged to the guest for the overnight stay. As of April 1, 2024, business-related overnight stays are also subject to the overnight stay tax.
Please note that the 7% overnight stay tax is already included in the price.



Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
