Villa Allegria, located on the idyllic Großer Lychensee, invites you to enjoy life to the fullest. In this charming holiday home, you can look forward to a time of relaxation and rejuvenation—perfect for unwinding and recharging your batteries. The house is ideal for 6 adults and 2 children.
Let nature inspire you and enjoy unforgettable moments. Whether you take a dip in Lake Lychen after the sauna or watch the sunset with a glass of wine on the private dock—Villa Allegria makes it all possible. Our goal is to create an oasis of well-being where you can leave the daily grind behind.
Please note that this is a relaxing holiday home where all-night parties are not permitted.

With its four spacious bedrooms of equal size—two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor—Villa Allegria offers comfortable sleeping accommodation. The double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) are each equipped with two 90 cm-wide mattresses.

The ground floor features a large bathroom with a shower, double sinks, a toilet, and an inviting sauna, while the upper floor has another bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. Both bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

The house includes a private dock with a swim ladder, providing direct access to the lake. A garden shed houses a kayak and two stand-up paddleboards, including life jackets (use at your own risk). On the terrace, you’ll find comfortable lounge chairs, a parasol, and a brick barbecue for relaxing outdoors.

The house’s tiled floors are equipped with individually adjustable underfloor heating in every room. In addition, an utility room offers a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner.

Entertainment is also provided: Two TVs with satellite connections, a radio, and a Sony Bluetooth speaker allow you to enjoy music or films of your choice.

You may bring a medium-sized dog for a fee. The outdoor area of Villa Allegria is open and unfenced. It is essential to ensure that your dog does not wander onto neighbouring properties. The dog owner is liable for any damage caused.

For babies and toddlers, we can provide a cot and a high chair free of charge. Please let us know in advance.

Check-in is available on the day of arrival starting at 1:00 PM.

Ein Traumhaus in Traumlage

Es waren 3 unvergessliche Tage bei schönstem Wetter. Wir konnten den See, die tolle Terrasse und das wunderschöne Haus genießen.

Gutes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Relativ große Schlafräume (ein extra Babybett konnte entspannt aufgestellt werden) mit genug Stauraum für Kleidung. Sauna,Waschmaschiene und Trockner sind ohne Aufpreis nutzbar. Es gibt große Kaffetassen und in der Küche war auch sonst alles Notwendige vorhanden (sogar scharfe Messer). Die Lage ist perfekt -direkter Blick auf den See,tolle Sitzmöglichkeit am Steg - hier ist auch direkt eine große Spielwiese. Das Kanu und die SUPs sind natürlich der Hammer( Schwimmwesten in verschiedenen Größen ebenfalls vorhanden). Einen Abzug gibt es dafür,dass das Haus bei Anreise (kaltes Nieselpieselwetter) super ausgekühlt war - die Fußbodenheizung war komplett runtergeregelt. Der Kamin ( Holz ist frei nutzbar) hat zumindest im Wohn - und Küchenbereich für Wärme gesorgt. In den Bädern gab es seperate Handtuchheizkörper die ebenfalls schnell hochgeregelt haben. Der Rest des Hauses war erst am nächsteb Tag auf Wohlfühltemperatur. Einen zweiten kleinen Abzug gibt es für die Check Out Zeit von 10 Uhr - liebe Vermieter dann schiebt doch bitte die Check In Zeit etwas nach hinten - dafür hat man nach seinem Urlaub auch eine entspannte Abreise und keinen unnötigen Stress. :) 11 Uhr würde ja schon reichen. ;)

Ferienhaus Villa Allegra in Lychen

Fantastisch! Bitte versprechen Sie mir, dass niemals dieses wunderbare Grundstück verbaut wird. Der Privatsteg lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Wasser im See ist herrlich. Das Haus total familienfreundlich. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Familie Ulrich/Seneca.
