The house exceeded all our expectations. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful views of the lake and surrounding woods. We were really impressed by the quick text response to all our questions. We plan on a return trip when possible.

We had a lovely weekend! The house was clean and had plenty of room for our family of four teen boys. It had all the curated essentials without the extra junk from previous guests. We appreciated the extra towels and upright paddle boards! Be warned that the walk down to the beach is steep. But we enjoyed the fire pit and quiet morning on the dock. We’ll be back!

The property was nice. Though the one bedroom you had to go back into the house to be able to use the restroom, that kind of made it inconvenient. The loft bedroom was above another bedroom so it disturbs the guests sleeping in the main bedroom when you go up and down the stairs. Otherwise the house was beautiful. The views were beautiful. The only other issue was is it said there was a private like beach part of the lake you could get to and there was no clear path to it. I slipped and fell and broke my wrist trying to get down to it.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, the beautiful views, and your overall stay. We understand your concerns regarding the bedroom and bathroom layout. The king bedroom was added for additional areas so that we can accommodate larger families. Unfortunately that outside entrance does make accessing the bathroom inconvenient. We are actually working with a contractor to attempt add a half bath, but plumbing that will be tough. We also appreciate your comments about the loft. While many guests enjoy the additional sleeping space, we understand that movement on the stairs can be noticeable to those staying in the main-level bedroom below. Most importantly, we are very sorry to hear about your fall and wrist injury. The lake access area has been more challenging this season than in previous years due to unusually low water levels this spring. The extended low-water conditions allowed vegetation to grow much thicker along the shoreline, making the path less defined than normal. We are actively working to improve and maintain access so future guests can more easily and safely reach the water. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve the guest experience, and we wish you a speedy recovery. Please reach out the next time you are available to stay in our area again.
