Linens and towels are included, and departure cleaning makes your stay stress-free! No smoking indoors. HOA does not permit pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, or golf carts.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and coffee pot and put away. Remove food and drinks from fridge. (Bottled water and unopened pop can stay.) TAKE OUT THE TRASH.
Place used towels in tubs. DO NOT STRIP THE BEDS.
TURN OFF THE A/C upon final departure. In winter, set heat to 55 degrees upon final departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
