In the district of Hinterthal 3 km from the centre of Hinterthal, 7 km from the centre of Maria Alm, 14 km from the centre of Saalfelden, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Pirnbach" 450 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, ski lift 200 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochmaislift 300 m, direkte Verbindung in das Skigebiet. Hochkönig Card included in summer. This allows free and unlimited use of the summer cable cars including mountain adventure worlds. All details on the internet. Very good location, with the skis directly from the house to the lift!

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Wonderful Ski chalet

This is an amazing place to stay for a ski vacation! Really nice pistes only a short walk away and beautiful scenery. the place is very well equipped and cozy.

Langes Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir waren zu 10. und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Sauberkeit des Hauses war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, ziemlich viele Silberfische in Küche und Bädern. Die Kommunikation vor Ort läuft über eine Reinigungsfirma und lässt sich nicht mit der Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vergleichen, die man normalerweise von Airbnb oder privaten Eigentümern gewohnt ist. Dafür gibt es einen Stern Abzug.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien ein sehr großzügiges Raumangebot. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeisterservice haben uns hervorragend bei der Beantragung der Touristenkarte unterstützt.

Fast gut

Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist ruhig gelegen. Für unsere Personenzahl optimal aufgeteilt. Leider wurde uns keine Gästekarte übergeben. Die Haus war am ersten Tag sehr kalt, die Heizung wurde wohl erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet, das Warmwasser funktionierte erst am Abend. Sonst war alles sehr schön.
