Accommodate additional guest on the sleeper sofa with extra thick and firm mattress. Linens, pillows and blankets provided. The bathroom has everything you could think of or pack, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotions and more!
We've made planning a day at the beach a thing of the past as we are happy to provide everything you might need including, beach chairs, towels, a cooler, beach wagon, beach umbrella and fun activities to take with you. Relax on the fully furnished, covered outdoor space with grill included. This property also features a newly remodeled coin operated laundry space. Nice location, easy walk to beach. Very nice kitchen with everything we needed. Ground floor unit with close, reserved parking. Unit was clean, fresh, well stocked. Complex was reasonably quiet.

Place was great. Exactly what you would want for a little getaway at the beach. A block and a half away from the beach! Comfy bed and pillows. Kitchen with anything you need for cooking if you don’t go out. Living room with ample sitting room. Bathroom good size too. Quite complex too. Cozy and Comfortable! Great price too. Would stay again 100%

this place is literally STEPS away from the beach! its just as photographed. super cute stay for my partner and i. we enjoyed being beach bums & having this place to unwind after our days in the sun. literally everything you could possibly need was available! in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle of cocoa beach. we truly enjoyed our stay. 10 out of 10!

The unit is one of the very nicest places I have stayed on vacation. It’s clean, comfortable and the host has added so many thoughtful touches. Everything I needed was here. It’s exactly as pictured. Parking is close and walk one block to a beautiful beach with nice shady bench and a little free library. It’s very convenient to everything. I am very sensitive to odors and in Florida always worry that a place might be musty, moldy, or dusty. I can assure everyone this is the cleanest place I’ve been - nothing bothers my allergies or asthma. Oh and the hot water in the shower is wonderful. They have really thought of everything and I very much appreciated the stay, thank you. My only complaint is that there was no rocket launch while I was here!!
