Pros: Lejligheden er stor og rummelig - til den store familie eller 2 familier, nydelige renoverede badeværelser
Cons: Køkkenet kunne godt trænge til en opdatering - køleskabet er ringe, og der er ikke en normal ovn, kun mini ovn, hvis man beder værten om det.
