Flora’s Holiday Rental – Arrive & Relax!<br><br>Property Description<br>Our 5-star holiday rental is located in a charming little Bavarian country house. It’s situated on a quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of Schwangau. The spa gardens border directly on the back of the house. There, you can take lovely walks and enjoy a great view of Schwangau and the mountains. The Kristalltherme, famous far beyond Schwangau, is just a 3-minute walk away. Also within walking distance are two supermarkets, numerous restaurants, small shops, and the tourist information office. A highlight of our holiday rental is the direct view of Neuschwanstein Castle. <br><br>Apartment Description<br>We completely renovated and refurbished our 2-bedroom holiday rental in 2022. We’ve furnished the apartment in a modern yet cosy style, with great care and attention to detail. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a large coffee table, a sideboard, and a large TV. <br><br>The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped. It features a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster. A microwave can be provided upon request. There is a dining table for 2 people that can be extended. <br><br>The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe with compartments and a clothes rod, and a chest of drawers. Nightstands are also provided. An additional TV is available.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, a mirror and vanity cabinet, and shelves. A hair dryer and a makeup mirror are provided. <br><br>In the hallway, there is a coat rack with a shoe rack, a large mirror, and a wall cabinet containing a vacuum cleaner, a cleaning bucket with a mop, a small clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.<br><br>All windows have electric roller shutters. <br><br>The southwest-facing terrace is covered and features a large and a small seating area, as well as an awning on the west and south sides. There are also 2 sun loungers. The matching seat cushions are stored in the apartment.<br><br>Terms and Conditions<br>The building has a bicycle/ski storage room available to guests. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Parking spaces are available in front of the building, and the apartment also includes an underground parking space. Use of these facilities is free of charge.<br><br>The apartment is fully equipped. Towels and bed linens are included in the rental price. There are no extra charges for final cleaning. Wi-Fi is available. Guests can log in to the TVs using their Netflix account. A Bluetooth-enabled radio can be used to play your own music playlist. The living room features a sleeper sofa (140 x 200 cm sleeping surface). If needed, the apartment can be rented for 2 additional guests. An additional charge of 20.00 EUR per person per night would apply. Please note the floor plan, as the living room is a walk-through room! <br><br><br>Check-in/Check-out<br>Check-in is generally on Saturday starting at 3:00 PM. The keys will be left in a key safe. You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. You do not need to strip the beds. If possible, please unload the dishwasher before departure. Upon request, check-in and check-out can also take place during the week, and late check-out may be possible as well.
