This stylish and modern holiday home with swimming pool welcomes you on the hill of Icici, with a wonderful view over the sea and the Croatian coast.



You have found the ideal holiday accommodation for your holiday as a couple or with your family. The comfortable holiday home extends over three floors and offers you a modern and beautiful home during your holiday. In the basement of the house you can use the fitness room and the tavern.

You can then relax in the garden in the swimming pool and on the sun deck with spectacular panoramic views of the sea. The property is completely fenced and therefore your dog can roam freely while you relax.



During your walks, take a detour into the nearby forest where you can pick chestnuts and mushrooms. You are also close to the Uka Nature Park, which has beautiful hiking trails and allows you to relax. The area is also ideal for those who like mountain biking and want to burn off some energy.

In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the first beaches where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and refresh yourself. Don't miss out on snorkelling and discovering the underwater world of the Istrian coast.

Perfektes Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Poljane und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Haus ist picobello sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht! Der Ausblick vom Pool aus ist das Highlight! Sehr schön dort oben.
