Soggiorno piacevole, posizione eccellente

Pros: La zona esterna è ampia e ben esposta. Cons: Al nostro arrivo abbiamo riscontrato alcune carenze nella pulizia del bagno e del giardino. L'host è comunque intervenuto tempestivamente scusandosi e provvedendo a migliorare la situazione.

Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Es ist sehr ruhig dort, der Blick ins Tal ist toll. Der Pool ist gut. In das nette kleine Dorf sind es 5 bis 10 Min. zu Fuß, man findet eine Bar, eine Bäckerei, einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, eine Apotheke. Und für die Vorgeschichte des sichtbaren "Karibikstrands" von Rosignano Solvay unten am Meer kann das Haus ja nichts. Ausweichen nach Marina di Cecina ist zu empfehlen.Aber: - Schimmel in einem Bad großflächig oben im Winkel zwischen Wand und Decke; - in einem Zimmer abblätternde Farbe; - laut knarzende Betten, und für 18-Erwachsene zu weiche und durchgelegene Matratzen. - Vieles wirkte unsauber, das Backblech und der Ofenrost waren deutlich verdreckt. - Die Liegen außen auch nicht gerade sauber, und eine kaputt.Es schien, als ob schon länger niemand mehr das Haus genutzt hätte.Positiv der unkonventionelle wie unkomplizierte Check-In: zwar niemand da, aber der Schlüssel steckte. Fazit: vieles gut, manches verbesserungswürdig.
