Welcome to our modern, renovated, and fully equipped holiday apartments in Bayerisch Gmain—nestled in the beautiful mountain scenery of our region. Our house features 2 holiday apartments, each measuring 60 m² and offering the same high-quality amenities. Our bright and spacious apartments provide ample room for 3 adults (or 2 adults and 2 children). Other occupancy options available upon request. We are a smoke-free property with our own free parking directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. The apartments are centrally located between Bad Reichenhall (3 km), Berchtesgaden (16 km), and Salzburg (20 km). It is approximately 150 m to the Austrian border. An EDEKA supermarket, restaurants, a bakery, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and a savings bank are all accessible right in town, as well as in the neighbouring town of Großgmain (Austria)—some within walking distance. The tourist information office is located in the town centre (1-minute drive). Bus connections to the surrounding area are about a 2-minute walk away, with additional connections available in town (2-minute drive). There is a train station in town. The apartments offer magnificent mountain views and serve as an ideal starting point for hikers and cyclists, as well as for skiing and rock climbing. The “Sonnenblick” apartment is located on the mezzanine level, has its own private entrance, and features direct access to a ground-level terrace. In the entryway, there is an additional south-facing balcony with cosy seating. You’ll find 1 bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height (7-zone premium cold-foam mattress, multi-adjustable slatted frame, ceiling fan, bedding included), 1 modern living room with additional sleeping space on the convertible corner sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, cable TV, and internet. The dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living space. The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Tassimo), electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and a spacious refrigerator and freezer). In the adjacent storage room, you’ll find additional storage space, a dedicated washing machine, as well as ironing and cleaning supplies. The bathroom, which has natural light, features a modern shower, a multifunctional mirror with a clock, light, and anti-fog function, as well as underfloor heating. You’ll find ample storage space in the vanity drawers (towels, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, a first-aid kit, and a travel sewing kit are provided). Wi-Fi is free of charge.
