Hello and welcome to our renovated holiday rental!<br>We can now accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children.<br>If you love the beach, you’ve come to the right place! Our holiday rental is located just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach in Dahme.<br>Look forward to relaxing days on the Baltic Sea beach, enjoy long walks, or explore the coastal region by bike. The sea air has a soothing effect no matter the season!<br><br>As the new owners, we took advantage of 2022 to completely modernise and refurnish the approximately 63m² upstairs apartment in this beautiful seaside house. <br><br>Both bedrooms feature high-quality beds. All the furniture and appliances in the apartment are new. The kitchen, the bathroom, the high-quality vinyl flooring, and all the windows and doors have also been completely modernised or replaced.<br><br>We can now accommodate up to 3 adults and 2 children.<br><br>In our living room, you’ll find a cosy couch, a beautiful dining table, your own Wi-Fi connection, a smart TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player and a large selection of films, a soundbar, and a (digital) radio. The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality brand-name appliances and is perfect for cooking together.<br><br>Children will also enjoy plenty of space to play in the shared garden, which you can also use for leisurely BBQ evenings (a charcoal grill is located in the garden shed). The garden was completely renovated in 2023, including a cosy lounge area where you can wonderfully wind down after a long day at the beach.<br><br>Layout of our holiday rental:<br>- As you go up the stairs, you’ll find an open entryway with a bench and plenty of space for your shoes.<br>- From the upper part of the stairwell, you can also access the utility/storage room. There you’ll find a high-quality Bosch washing machine, a clothes dryer, a drying rack, an ironing board with an iron, a travel cot, a high chair, and a drink crate rack. You can also store your suitcases here.<br>- Inside the apartment, you’ll find a large entryway with a second coat rack and mirror, as well as access to the bedrooms. <br>- The open-concept living room features a cosy sofa area, a smart TV, a dining table with chairs, and its own high-speed Wi-Fi connection.<br>- In the open kitchen, you’ll find a large Bosch fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine (capsules not provided), toaster, electric kettle, and much more.<br>- Bedroom 1 features a large double bed (2 x 80 cm x 200 cm) and a spacious, lighted wardrobe (200 cm x 236 cm). The window is equipped with a blackout pleated blind. <br>- Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), as well as a pull-out sofa (80 cm x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. Blackout roller shades are also installed on the windows here. A travel cot is located in the utility room. Alternatively, there is a bed guard under the sofa bed that can be easily attached to the lower bed in the children’s room to prevent your children from falling out.<br>- The modern, bright, and completely renovated bathroom features a shower, toilet, lighted mirror, and spacious vanity cabinet.<br><br>Parking & Bicycles & Washing Machine<br>- Your parking space is located right next to the house.<br>- You can park your bicycles outside in front of the house or behind the house (bike racks available).<br>- A washing machine is available for your use free of charge in the apartment.<br><br>Bed linens & towels:<br>The linens package can be booked for an additional fee per person. It includes:<br>1 pillowcase, 1 duvet cover, 1 flat sheet, 1 bath towel, 2 small hand towels, as well as 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel per 2 people.<br><br>Pets:<br>Pets are not permitted.<br><br>Please understand that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. <br><br>Fewo-Suhr extends a “Warm Welcome” to you in the apartment
