Ferienwohnung Hoppenberg 9 EG links

Super Lage. Fahrradschuppen vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung war ok, aber nicht zu empfehlen. Der Sessel ist unbequem und wirkt billig. Das Sofa ist nicht viel besser. Bei unserer Ankunft lief die Dusche im gefühlten Krankenhaus Badezimmer, so gut wie gar nicht ab. Dies wurde aber sofort vom Hausmeister behoben. Allerdings hatten wir ein großes Ameisen Problem in der Stube. Teilweise über 200-300 Ameisen die durch die ganze Stube krabbelten. Das Problem muss bekannt gewesen sein, da schon alte Ameisenköder auf der Terrasse lagen. Auch hier hat der Hausmeister versucht zu helfen so gut es ging. Von der Agentur gab es aber keinerlei entgegenkommen in Bezug auf den Preis Nachlass oder sonstiges. Das wäschepaket war völlig überteuert. 40 € für uralt Laken und Bettwäsche und 4 dünne Mini Handtücher. Um 7:30 Uhr gab es dann auch noch Gartenarbeiten mit Spaten, sowie Hochdruckreiniger. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Hässliche Wände, alter Küchentisch und sehr kleiner TV; kein smart TV. Fazit: schlechte Wohnung in guter Lage. Nicht zu empfehlen. Schlechtes preisleistungs Verhältnis.
