Don’t be fooled by this duplex! It is in a great location, very clean, and the personal touches and little extras provided by the owners are exceptional. We came in for a Chiefs game and it was a great spot for us. As mentioned in other reviews there is road noise, but nothing a white noise machine or fan can’t take care of. Steven was great at communicating and checking on us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend unless we are coming back to town then find someplace else!

This is a duplex, which I didn't realize originally when I booked. It is a clean property and the owners were very quick to respond to messages and make sure we were comfortable. Another review talked about loud traffic...it is a busy street, but the traffic was not excessively loud, in my opinion. We had a great time and would be willing to stay again when we are in town for a game. I was impressed with the coffee-making options that were available. Checking in on a separate website was a small inconvenience, but nothing too terrible.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, Crystal! We’re glad you found our house clean, comfortable, and enjoyed the coffee options. We’ll work on making the duplex layout and check-in process clearer, and look forward to hosting you again for another game weekend.

Pros:Central location for our visit SpaciousCleanEverything you need for a short visitThere are some negatives, but these are not due to the owner/hostCons:Very busy road - even later into the night and as I am a light sleeper, it made sleeping difficult for meBecause it is an older home the layout is a bit awkward. The only thing that maybe the owners could do something about is that it could still use some renovations, but truthfully they are nothing that reflects safety/security/comfort. Overall the property may our needs and on our next visit for work, we would consider staying here again.

Thank you for the kind review, and for choosing us for your work trip! We're glad the location, space, and cleanliness worked for you. Sorry about the road noise; it's a busy street, so we keep a noise machine and earplugs on every nightstand, and we hope they helped. We'd love to host you again!
