The holiday home offers just under 220 m² of space for up to 20 guests. The holiday home is located in the historic town centre of the Eifel town of Neuerburg (Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm) in the Felsenland Südeifel.

This accommodation is the ideal choice for fitters, craftsmen and assembly groups looking for spacious, affordable and practical accommodation. But holidaymakers will also feel at home here.

The townhouse can be divided into 2 residential units, each of which has a separate living area with its own entrance. The "Zum Burgfried" unit is on the ground floor and the "Zur Glocke" unit is on the 1st floor and attic. The whole house can be rented directly - then the intermediate doors open and up to 20 people can spend a wonderful time together in Neuerburg.

There are 22 beds in 10 bedrooms - 20 of which are suitable for adults. There is a choice of single, double and four-bed rooms:

There is a small terrace in front of the house - with a view of the church square and the church of St Nicholas. It is not possible to park directly in front of the house, but parking spaces are available nearby on the roadside.

Assembly teams or a group of tradesmen and fitters often work together on a construction site or job site. With us, this team can be accommodated together in one place. This reduces transport costs to and from the construction site and strengthens the sense of togetherness among the employees. Assembly teams of 3 to 20 people can be accommodated together close to the work site, which also provides the ideal conditions for recharging your batteries after work in a familiar atmosphere and achieving a successful work performance.
