Located approximately 20 miles from Disney World, 25 miles from Universal Studios and 27 miles from Legoland. 6 miles to shopping at Posner Village. And just minutes to many grocery stores and restaurants.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please set thermostat back to 79 during hot months and 70 in cooler months
(Garbage-Brown Bins) and( Recycled material-Blue Bin) are to be put on street between driveways on Thursday evening after 6:00pm (city ordinance). Collection is Friday Morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely NO PARTIES. ALSO POOL HEATER IS AVAILABLE FOR $25 PER DAY EXTRA CHARGE. MUST BE PAID BEFORE CHECK IN. EXTERIOR CAMERAS ARE IN IN USE
Pool fence and pool access door alarms are there for your safety, you are responsible for choosing to use them or not.
NO smoking inside. Please make sure "cigarettes" are out and dispose of properly.
