Vacation Majorca in a Villa with private pool in Pollensa. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a relaxed escape in the sun . The Villa with pool in Pollença offers spacious outdoor areas with views of the Tramuntana mountains and ensures relaxation under the radiant Majorcan sun.

The Villa with pool in Majorca a large living area on the ground floor with an open kitchen and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with sun terrace and a second bathroom, with bath and shower and a sauna (the use will be charged extra).

It is the perfect holiday home for a holiday with family, friends. There is a large veranda with barbecue for social evenings.

The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. A deposit of 500 € has to be paid. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately.



The beaches of Port Pollensa or Port Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the Villa with pool in Pollensa you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby.

The finca was even better than on the pictures

The finca was even better than on the pictures. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there. The pool was great and the kitchen well equipped. We couldn’t think of a better place to spend our holiday!

Back from a lovely week at the finca. Great location within essy reach of Pollensa old town and the port and restaurants. Great recommendations and Martina was really quick to reply to queries. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful oasis

The gardens and the pool area were beautiful Ideally the mattresses should be thicker - very thin in the main bedroom so we have to move mattresses from another bed to double them up

La villa est très agréable dans la campagne au calme avec un joli jardin et grande piscine

La villa est très agréable dans la campagne au calme avec un joli jardin et grande piscine. Il n'y a pas de voisins directs et vous serez dans un cadre privé. Les plages sont accessibles en voitures à 15mn de voiture ainsi que la ville. Excellente communication avec Martina qui est très réactive si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns in der Villa sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Kleine Lebensmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Kaffee usw. waren vorhanden. Die Zimmer mit viel Platz für Kleidung und Koffer. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Sauber, keine durchgelegenen Matratzen und dicke Bettdecken der Jahreszeit entsprechend. Ein Dank geht auch an Martina und Xavi die immer freundlich mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.

Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November für ein paar Tage in der Finca

Wir waren Ende Oktober/Anfang November für ein paar Tage in der Finca. Von Pollensa aus ist sie sehr leicht anzufahren, über eine zwar schmale, aber bequeme Straße. Das Haupthaus ist sehr schön. Wir waren dort nur zu zweit und haben das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock gewählt mit einer beeindruckenden Terrasse. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Bad im ersten Stock ist sehr groß, aber die Beleuchtung ist etwas grell. Sehr viel angenehmer ist die Beleuchtung im Ensuite-Bad im unteren Stockwerk. Der Außenbereich ist einfach wunderbar: Ein schön angelegter Garten mit vielen Palmen und einem beeindruckenden Blick auf die Berge. Wir sind auf Mallorca noch nie in einer so schönen Gegend gewesen (und wir waren oft dort). Vielen Dank auch an Martina für die gute Kommunikation und Schnelligkeit der Reaktion. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder mieten.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Dieses Landhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Nord-Ost-Lage des Schlafzimmers mitTerrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Ausblick war unbeschreiblich schön, so dass wir unser Urlaubsritual "Kaffee im Bett" sehr genießen konnten. Wir waren im Winter dort und können daher sagen, dass die Heizung gut funktionierte. Durch die vielen Terassenplätze haben wir immer den passenden Platz für uns gefunden. Direkt an der Küche ist die Terrasse windgeschützt, so konnten wir auch bei Wind ohne zu frieren in der Sonne liegen. Hinweis: Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Land. Das bedeutet absolute Ruhe und ein nichteinsehbares Grundstück. Das gefiel uns auch sehr. Allerdings haben einige Nachbarn Tiere z. B. Hühner, Hunde die entsprechend auch Geräusche von sich geben, was uns i.d.R. nicht weiter störte. Auto ist erforderlich. Mit diesem ist man dann aber schnell dort, wo es auch schön ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-). Die Gastgeber*in sind super nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
