Casa Girard is situated in Pollença’s old town, just a one-minute walk from the main square. This spacious house has been lovingly restored and offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living and dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. In the garden, which has a private pool and a barbecue, you can enjoy the warm weather and sunbathe. This is just the perfect holiday home to spend your holiday in and relax! Casa Girard combines the comforts of modern living with traditional-style decor and beautifully crafted and comfortable wooden furniture. The Townhouse in Pollença has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter. For long-term rentals in winter, electricity is charged separately according to consumption. The pool and central heating are always charged separately at a flat rate.

Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town. Pollença provides a variety of entertainment with its many restaurants and fiestas throughout the year. Pollença also has art galleries, a museum and a film club.

Great property in outstanding location

We stayed here with our two teenage daughters and loved the house and location. It’s perfectly situated in Pollença old town, within very easy reach of restaurants etc but still very peaceful. If you drive to the house the streets are VERY narrow. The house is larger than it appears in the photos and was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool is small but great for cooling down and the garden and outdoor kitchen are lovely. We would definitely return.

Very much enjoyed our stay

Martina was very communicative and gave us plenty of information about the Easter Parades. The house was very spacious, much bigger than you could guess from outside. Perfectly located, 1 minutes walk from the village square and restaurants. Loved the garden, a real sun trap. Stayed in April so the tiny pool not warm enough to use, but am sure it would be fabulous in the height of summer.

Well not so little…. Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse in a great location a few minutes from main square. Lovely pool which was great for cooling down during a hot spell. Lovely to have some water and wine in the fridge on arrival. Some toiletries would be nice.

We just absolutely loved Casa Conxa,the house is deceptively large and the pool although small is perfect for a cool off. We especially enjoyed cooking on the bbq in the outdoor kitchen and the whole outdoor space was absolutely lovely. The location is just perfect with a short stroll into the main square and beautiful surrounding streets.We hired a car which was really good for bombing about dropping teens at the beach! Cala Sant Vicenc was very near with sweet local beaches, Port De Pollensa was great and Formentor was a further more difficult drive but exquisite. We did find parking slightly tricky near the house but there were always spaces at the end of Carrer Alberta de Mare.We mainly did our own cooking but there are plenty of options for eating out. We went to the PAC medical centre one day as my son had a throat infection and we were seen with no problem within 10 minutes, incredible.If you are from the UK this seems impossible! Just needed EHIC card and got prescription for antibiotics straight away.You will definitely need mosquito spray as they were out in force. And toilet roll!All in all we had a fabulous time and loved the house, Pollensa and Mallorca. Thank you.

Martina est agréable et d' une réactivité exemplaire

Toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et pour trouver des solutions adaptées. Logement rutilant, spacieux et fonctionnel, il est très bien situé à pollenca et met ce charmant village à porté de pieds. Nous n n'avons eu aucun mal à nous garer dans les rues alentours. Pollenca était une très bonne option pour pouvoir rayonner dans le nord de l' île, un régal.

Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt

Die Unterkunft ist traditionell mallorquinisch eingerichtet, verfügt über jede Menge Platz und einen tollen Außenbereich samt Pool. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, innerhalb von 3 min zu Fuß ist man am Marktplatz. Trotzdessen bietet dieses Haus die notwendige Ruhe auch für den Nachwuchs. Der Service durch Martina war immer hilfreich und äußerst nett. Zudem war die Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen, von denen es wenig gab, wunderbar.
