The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash used dishes and silverware put everything that was used back in place, used towel may be put in the basket that is in the garage. Bathrooms should be clean and well maintained.
Please return both the controller that is meant for the garage and the pool key. They can be placed where they were first at, on the key holder.
Please do not leave any trash the place should look like how it looked when you first came in. The exterior trashcan will be on the right side of the house by the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave towels in laundry area, take out any trash, wash and put away dishes, put items back in place, bathrooms and kitchen should be spotless.

I want you guys to be comfortable and I want to make sure you are feeling safe, secure and sure. It would be an honor to have you in my property!

Why they chose this property

I like my location because the neighborhood is 1 unproblematic, and safe. We have lived there for over 10 years and never had or experienced any sort of trouble. The neighborhood is located near by all civilization, grocery stores, shopping stores, gas stations, malls, urgent cares, hospitals, endless entertainment you name it! I say this neighborhood is perfect for anyone.

What makes this property unique

Although its a old house its newly remodeled, renovated and updated. The house is not the biggest but its roomy for those looking for something spacious. Its a cozy little house that is most importantly well taken care of!
