Es ist ein Geräumiges helles Haus, mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten.Im EG sind E-Rollläden vorhanden.Die Terrasse ist recht groß und zu 1/3 Überdacht.Für Hundebesitzer ist das Grundstück zu 100% eingefriedet.Ein PKW ist jedoch empfehlenswert, da es im Ort keineEinkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.Von der Garage unten kommt man auch bequem zu Haus ohne drum herum laufen zu müssen.
