Your vacation home is located in the heart of a vast, verdant estate with a small château and four residences, in a magnificent wooded park at the entrance to the famous seaside resort of Bénodet. You enjoy a private 300 m² garden and free access to the entire château grounds.

On foot or by bike, you can reach the nearest sandy beach, the promenade, cafés, restaurants, shops, the thalassotherapy center, and the casino in just a few minutes.

Bénodet charms with its exceptional location on the Odet estuary, considered the most beautiful river in Brittany. You'll find several beaches with varied atmospheres: family-friendly, sporty, or quiet, always bathed in the mild climate of southern Finistère, as evidenced by the many palm trees.

Nearby attractions:
Bénodet, a leading resort in Cornouaille, offers numerous activities: swimming, thalassotherapy, golf, cruises, and hiking. From the large bridge leading to Sainte-Marine, enjoy a breathtaking view of the estuary.

The surrounding area is full of treasures: the typical ports of the Pays Bigouden, the walled town of Concarneau, the artists' village of Pont-Aven, and the beautiful historic city of Quimper with its cathedral and museums.
