The shape of the Fischlad-Darß-Zingst Peninsula is defined by the sea and the Bodden. Swimming is possible in both the Baltic Sea and the Bodden.
On the western beach, the Darß Forest showcases its bizarrely shaped trees and wind-swept pines.
