This modern semi-detached home captivates with its magnificent location—just under 150 metres from the stunning Baltic Sea beach. Galleries, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. You can also enjoy the proximity to Schifferberg, the Ahrenshooper Woods, and the cycling and hiking trail along the dike, which takes you to neighbouring towns as well as the popular West Beach.

About the semi-detached home
On the ground floor of the semi-detached home, you’ll find a sun-drenched living room with a cosy sitting area and TV corner. The wood-burning stove separates the living area from the open kitchen. Thanks to the comfortable amenities and the spacious dining table, you can cook and chat to your heart’s content here. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as the utility room, are also located on the lower level. The attic features a total of three cheerfully decorated bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and one bedroom has a pull-out bunk bed. The main bathroom, featuring a shower/toilet and an integrated sauna, perfectly rounds out this half of the holiday home.

Outside, you’ll find a stone patio with patio furniture and a fire pit grill. A beach chair and two sun loungers are also located by the house and are ready for you to enjoy relaxing moments. This is what a great holiday is all about. The large garden is intended for shared use. You also have access to a lockable bike shed and two parking spaces.
