This modern semi-detached home captivates with its magnificent location—just under 150 metres from the stunning Baltic Sea beach. Galleries, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. You can also enjoy the proximity to Schifferberg, the Ahrenshooper Woods, and the cycling and hiking trail along the dike, which takes you to neighbouring towns as well as the popular West Beach.

About the semi-detached home
On the ground floor of the semi-detached home, you’ll find a sun-drenched living room with a cosy sitting area and TV corner. The wood-burning stove separates the living area from the open kitchen. Thanks to the comfortable amenities and the spacious dining table, you can cook and chat to your heart’s content here. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as the utility room, are also located on the lower level. The attic features a total of three cheerfully decorated bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and one bedroom has a pull-out bunk bed. The main bathroom, featuring a shower/toilet and an integrated sauna, perfectly rounds out this half of the holiday home.

Outside, you’ll find a stone patio with patio furniture and a fire pit grill. A beach chair and two sun loungers are also located by the house and are ready for you to enjoy relaxing moments. This is what a great holiday is all about. The large garden is intended for shared use. You also have access to a lockable bike shed and two parking spaces.

Der Service der Agentur Meerfischland war wie gewohnt erstklassig, zuvorkommend und rundum kompetent. Wir fühlen uns hier seit Jahren bestens aufgehoben. Das Ferienhaus hat uns durch seine fantastische Lage nahe am Wasser und den schönen Blick ins Grüne überzeugt. Die Betten waren extrem bequem und wirken sehr neuwertig, wir haben bestens geschlafen. Lediglich bei den Gartenmöbeln sowie Teilen der Küchenausstattung (z. B. Kaffeemaschine und Bestecksortierung) sehen wir noch etwas Potenzial für ein kleines Update und der Fernseher oben wartet noch auf die richtige Einstellung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus Gabriella sehr gut gefallen. Die Nähe zum Strand und der große Garten sind ein großer Pluspunkt. Besonders die Sauberkeit hat uns beeindruckt. Lediglich die niedrigen Betten und die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Terrassenmöbel könnte man erneuern. Ansonsten alles TOP-jederzeit wieder

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Küche verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung an Elektrogeräten, Geschirr, Besteck und Zubehör. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, es muss allerdings die tagsübers viel befahrene Hauptstraße überquert werden, ins Zentrum von Ahrenshoop ist man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. In der Dusche im OG waren wir durch die vorherigen Bewertungen vorgewarnt, ist handelbar. Die Matratzen haben uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht, hier wäre eine Erneuerung wünschenswert. Auch die Stuhlauflagen für die Terasse könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen.

Das Haus Gabriela hat mit seiner Strandnähe eine besondere Lage, insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist für alle Belange sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der große Garten mit Terasse und Grillplatzhatte sogar noch Platz zum Ballspielen. Insgesamt ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen von und erholen.
