Our two holiday apartments are located in the Lengfurt district. They are modern, light-filled apartments where up to 8 people can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. <br>- Here’s a look at the ground-floor apartment: <br>It has 65 m² of living space<br>The holiday rental was completely renovated in 2018 and features a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a roomy living room with a pull-out sofa, a writing desk, and a modern living room cabinet with an LCD TV. Using the central stereo system, you can choose which room (kitchen, living room, bathroom) you’d like to listen to music in. The kitchen has a side entrance that leads directly to your approximately 10 m² terrace. The bedroom features a double bed, a large built-in closet, and space for an additional baby or junior bed. Between the living room and the bathroom, there is also an alcove with an extra bed that can be converted into a sofa when not in use and can be separated by an opaque curtain. <br>A storage room for your suitcases, etc., is also available. <br><br>After a day of holiday activities—such as excursions, visits to the outdoor pool, biking, or trips to the playground (100 m)—you can relax in the spacious living rooms on the comfortable seating area with a good book or film (LCD TV). <br>In the fully equipped, modern kitchens, preparing meals is a pleasure. <br>On the terraces, we invite barbecue enthusiasts to use the gas grill free of charge. There, you can prepare your meals and wind down the day in romantic lighting. <br>In the lovingly furnished bedrooms, the beds are already made upon your arrival. <br>Hand towels and bath towels are provided for you in the shower room. <br>You can store your luggage and supplies in the storage room, which is available in every apartment. <br><br><br>ACTIVE VACATION: <br>For guests who like to stay active even on holiday, we’ve compiled a wealth of information to help you pursue this passion. For example, within a short distance (max. 10 km), you can go fishing, bowl, climb at the forest ropes course or in an indoor climbing gym, or swim at the Lengfurt Forest Pool or in the swimming lake. You can also skate or bike along the Main Valley Bike Trail, which runs almost right past your doorstep. Additionally, there are opportunities to play billiards, golf, mini-golf, tennis, and table tennis. For fitness enthusiasts, various gyms are available in Marktheidenfeld. <br>Hiking enthusiasts will find a wealth of trails starting right from the apartment. You can climb the Kallmuth with its vineyards and enjoy a beautiful view of the Main Valley and Homburg Castle. On the other side of the Main, you’ll find several impressive gorges (approx. 1.2 km) that, depending on the season, feature waterfalls up to 10 metres high or ice formations. Explore the “Himmelreich” or take a “mill tour” through the Spessart, stopping at a mill for a hearty snack or fresh trout from the on-site pond. Many starting points for hiking trails are less than a 15-minute drive away. The Steinweinpfad in Würzburg (approx. 35 km) is a popular tour among our guests. Hiking and biking maps are available for you in the apartment. <br><br><br>CITY TOURS AND ATTRACTIONS: <br>Thanks to our central location, you’ll have the opportunity to discover many beautiful places in Germany. Explore the historic old towns, castles, and palaces of Wertheim, Miltenberg, Tauberbischofsheim, Bad Mergentheim, and the “Snow White town” of Lohr. The world-famous town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber is also just over an hour’s drive away. Visit Bavaria’s smallest town—Rothenfels am Main—with its magnificent half-timbered houses and townhouses, or the moated castle of Mespelbrunn. Discover Würzburg with its Residenz (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Hofgarten, the Marienberg Fortress, and its many churches. Aschaffenburg, with its historic castles, is also worth a visit. Germany’s largest airport, in Frankfurt, is approximately 90 km from the apartment.
