Bewertung der Unterkunft

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Der Pool der Fewo ist sehr schön. Die Möbel der Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber der Sauberkeit keinen Abbruch macht. Die Fewo besitzt auch eine schöne Überdachte Terrasse mit Sonnenschutz. Der Ort Štinjan ist nicht so einladend. Allerdings gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele.

TOP Unterunft

 M. der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.  Ausstattung Küche ist sehr gut. Geschirr, Töpfe, Schüssel etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank 3 Schubladen, Geschirrspüler, Herd 2x Gas, 2 x Induktion. Neuer Backofen mit Heisluft. Badezimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt.  Schöne große überdachte Terrasse mit direkten Zugang zu Küche. Grillecke überdacht mit Gasgrill und Spüle. Gepflegter Poll mit Liegen. Leider ist hier der Platz für die Bewertung beschränkt.

Entspannt & Ruhe

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Schönes großes Pool! 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten & 2 schöne Badezimmer! Alles Sauber und auch eigentlich alles vorhanden! Einzige negative ist das man in der nähe eigentlich nichts hat! Trotzdem könnte man mit etwas Fußmarsch den Bäcker einen kleinen Shop und das Meer erreichen! Mit dem Auto wenig Fahrzeit zu den Zielen.
