**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025 Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM

Treat yourself to a wonderful and memorable ski-cation at this fifth-floor mountain-view condo! You will love being located steps from the ski lifts and just a short driving distance from everything Killington has to offer. There is a free shuttle provided anyways. It's also conveniently located within a half mile from Killington Ski Area and Snowshed Lodge; less than six miles from Thundering Brook Falls Trail and Pico Mountain Ski Resort; within 16 miles of Coolidge State Forest, Calvin Coolidge Historic Site, Paramount Theatre, and Pine Hill Park; and 22 miles from Okemo Mountain Resort.

This lovely mountain condo grants you access to incredible community amenities that will surely make your stay unforgettable! Take a warm dip in the heated outdoor pool or gather around the firepits for some entertaining storytelling. Gas grills have been provided in case you would like to treat your guests to grilled meals. If you are traveling with kiddos, there is a small library with many books and board games for them to use. And if you would like to stay in shape during your time off, the complex has a shared fitness center!

Mountain Green Condominiums have ongoing construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

For the skier this is the perfect place. While you can’t walk to the lifts easily, you can put all your gear on in the condo, including ski boots, and shuttle buses come by regularly just steps from the condo to take you to the lifts

The apartment was very comfortable, including a very convenient bathroom. There was everything we needed. Though the apartment did not look like the photo on the internet site. There was no street number on the building which made it difficult to find it.

Condo was perfect for our weekend ski getaway the bus to the K! lodge runs about every 15 min. to the front door of the building will defiantly stay again

Location

The reason why it didn’t get more than 3 stars was for two reasons. One, it says online that it’s a one minute walk from the mountain but it’s more like a 10 minute walk. Two, the place itself was not extremely nice but definitely fit all of our needs and was still good for the price.

Communication with property management was problematic. Specifically, I wanted assurances that pots and pans, if non-stick, were in good shape (i.e. no heavy wear and tear and scuffs). They said “yes” but that wasn’t the case when we got there. But if you talk to the local management, they are responsive. Also, the elevator was broken during the whole stay!We got our steps in but it was more work than I wanted.Finally, one morning, the smoke alarm in the hallway went off for no reason. Killington fire dept had to come to inspect and shut it off. Another inconvenience.

We do recommend this place and would rent it again. But a few facts to highlight (1) It's a studio, which it does say but the photos are misleading. There's no wall or door between the main room and bedroom area, so don't expect any privacy, or the ability to put little ones to bed, etc. In the photo, that big curious white object is just shelving. (2) You can't use the fireplace, despite the photo showing a wood rack next to it. The rack is gone and there are now signs everywhere prohibiting the use of the fireplace. (3) The bedroom has a very bright window with no shade/curtain, though a couple of couch cushions fit nicely to block the light. (4) It's very dated. The fridge might be from the late 60's! But everything is indeed functional. ... Being on the 6th floor "F" is fine. And the layout is quirky, but fine. The shuttle bus worked out nicely, as did the ski locker by the bus stop that we didn't even know we had. Again, recommended, but the facts above just shouldn't surprise you.
