Fantastic home by outdoor activities with private hot tub, pool table & firepit

This brand-new rustic, cozy home is approximately 4,500 square feet on three and a half acres, surrounded by San Juan National Forest and the Weminuche Wilderness Area with plenty of parking for your entire group. Giant views of the San Juan Mountains off the back deck and through the picture windows from the large living room/kitchen area. You'll have a game room downstairs and a gas fireplace in the living area. The game room, with a full standing bar, has a regulation-size pool table and a downstairs back deck area, which has a secluded six-person hot tub with awesome views of the stars and the national forest and wildlife. The dining room and kitchen area can seat up to 16 people, and the firepit will help to bring the perfect atmosphere. You'll even have a gas grill on the main deck. Watch movies on a large TV in a theater that seats six in leather reclining chairs. There is also a gaming system in this room. A Pack 'n Play and a high chair will accommodate younger guests. This secluded property is gated for your security and is close to Pagosa Springs, Durango, and Wolf Creek Ski Area.

The home was fantastic. Well appointed and had almost everything we needed. It would have been nice to have paper plates so we didn’t need to do dishes quite so often with the 7 guests we had. The WiFi code provided by Vacasa was wrong, but the owners had the correct password in the house. Overall the whole stay was great.

Perfect Week

We had a fantastic time at this property in Pagosa Springs. Its location is perfect for accessing the hot springs, shopping, restaurants, hikes, Wolf Creek Ski Area, and scenic drives to South Fork, Creede and Durango. As we hail from an East Coast beach town, this home provided the perfect Rocky Mountain vacation. We would return in a heartbeat. Many thanks!

Amazing views, very spacious!

We had 4 families with children of different ages. The home was spacious enough that everyone had their own area which was really nice. The only negative feedback is that the number of beds listed at time of booking was different than check in. We were only told 3 weeks before arrival. Dishwasher and trash compactor need repair. And propane tank was empty so we had to get one for the fire-pit. The view is truly dreamy! The weather allowed us to spend a lot of time enjoying the view on the back deck. We would love to come back!

Great home and location

The home was beautiful, the views amazing, and the location great. It worked perfect for our group of 8. Only issue was the fireplace did not work even after confirming the week before our trip. Tech came out to look at it and stated he’d have to try to get someone else out and would keep me updated. Never heard from him or anyone else again even after requesting update a day later. Only other minor issue is no bedroom tv works or streams any apps. Other than that the house was awesome.

2022 Elk Hunting trip

We book a home each year for our annual Elk hunt. This year we had a very large group. I found this home by accident. This is by far the best house we have ever stayed at. This is a beautifull home inside and out. We had room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is more than enough space to park multiple vehicles. We plan on booking it again next year and many years to come if possible.

Best Rental House Yet!

This was a full on family vacation with young kids, siblings, and our older parents. The house accommodated everyone of all ages! It was clean, comfortable, cozy, fun, and plenty of room to explore and relax. We’ve never stayed in a more beautiful home! The scenic views alone made us never want to leave the house. It is on 3.5 acres so you feel secluded with plenty of privacy. The owners of this property really outdid themselves with the decor and design of this house. The stare ways were wide and perfectly safe for the kids and our parents. I highly recommend renting this property! We hope to rent it again in the future.

House was in a wonderful setting, beautiful views, close to town yet a feeling of seclusion. Home had everything we needed, bedding, towels, toiletries etc. Kitchen was fully equipt for all our cooking needs. Ample refrigerator and freezer space.
