This is the second time we have stayed at this house. There is plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfectly positioned on a hill with fantastic views. It is close to downtown and the river, and far enough away to be private.

A great stay in beautiful mountaind

We enjoyed our stay at the Swiss Summit - it was perfect for our group with ample space to spread out and play. Comfortable and clean accommodations and a great location right near the heart of Pagosa Springs. We will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

We loved everything about this home. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving a large group. The bedding was very comfortable. The kids loved the games, pool table, and ping pong table. We loved all the sitting areas near the windows for our morning coffee. The heated floors were an awesome bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

Spectacular Views

Beautiful views from every window and deck. Enjoyed our visit of four days. Convenient to the hot springs, shopping and entertainment. Wonderful kitchen for cooking. Enjoying our coffee on the deck with breathtaking views gave use a late start each morning. We chose to enjoy the hot tub after our adventures. Will definitely return to enjoy this splendid spot on the hill!!

Pegosa oasis

This house was fantastic! It was clean, well stocked and perfect for a family with kids! So many beds and doors to get outside. Outdoor space was great with beautiful views, silence, seclusion and stars in the evening like you've never seen. The pool table, dart board, ping pong table and dedicated desk for remote work were a huge plus as well!

Superb Mountain Cabin

While just being a few minutes from town, we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful spacious home, heated floors, and amazing views. The itrip crew was very attentive and helpful when needed. Brought us space heaters in a timely manner.
