Until the new staircase is completed, access is via a temporary wooden walkway.<br><br>The Location<br>The barn house was built in 2021 on the site of a former agricultural barn. This architect-designed home, built entirely of wood, is located on a quiet side street in the village of Tating, a rural community situated just a short drive from the expansive sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording (8-minute drive). Small shops, a bakery, and places to buy daily necessities are within walking distance.<br><br><br> Amenities The approximately 123-square-meter holiday home is modern and elegantly furnished and spans two levels. The beautiful hardwood floors throughout the house create a cosy atmosphere. The large windows let in plenty of natural light.<br><br>The holiday home features three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (140x200), and the other two (180 x 200 and two single beds) are accessible via a spiral staircase to the upper floor. The beds are lovingly made upon your arrival.<br>The living area features a seating arrangement with a U-shaped couch and a recliner with a footstool. Take a seat in front of the large TV, enjoy the view of nature through the terrace windows, or warm up by the wood-burning stove. The ultra-modern designer kitchen with a cooking island encourages cooking together and fosters a convivial atmosphere. In the centre of the room, take a seat at the dining table with 6 chairs. <br><br>A highlight of the house is the spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower, two sinks, a sauna, and an impressive lighting design for relaxing wellness moments.<br><br>On the ground floor, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer and a guest bathroom round out the space.<br><br>The outdoor area also stands out thanks to its garden featuring a dune wall and wooden elements. From here, you can enjoy the unobstructed and enchanting view across the adjacent pastures. Garden furniture is available on the spacious terrace.<br><br>Special Features <br>The hardwood floor with underfloor heating creates a cosy atmosphere. Bicycles can be securely stored in a bike shed. Parking is available right next to the house.<br>Please note that this house does not currently have an internet connection. Although a mobile Gigacube is available, the data allowance is limited—therefore, the house is intentionally offered without internet.<br><br>An initial set of bed linens and towels must be booked as part of this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.<br>Please note that due to its open design and skylights, the house may heat up more quickly during the summer months.
