You are within walking distance of the banks of Rio Grande, near several convenience stores, and six miles from downtown South Fork. The charming town of South Fork is the perfect home base for Colorado adventures, including fishing, skiing, hiking, ATVing, road biking, snowmobiling, and much more. Approximately 23 miles away is Wolf Creek Ski Area.
This fantastic rustic retreat provides you and your beloved family and friends with incredible outdoor spaces, including a firepit with several seats and an extensive second-floor deck with an outdoor dining area and a propane grill, ideal for warm-weather barbecues. Both spots enjoy splendid views of the valley and mountains. Unwind at the end of the day with a dip in the hot tub.
The first floor of this charming home boasts a spacious rec room with a huge sectional in front of an equally large smart TV with streaming and cable services, a foosball table, a convenient table with several chairs, entertaining board games for your family board game night, and a set of rocking chairs in front of a wood stove.
