Our fully equipped ⭐⭐⭐⭐ holiday home, with a beautiful view of the Kyll Valley and room for up to 10 people, awaits you in the heart of the Vulkaneifel. 
Very spacious! With plenty of room for young and old alike. And so you can relax and enjoy even bad weather, our game room or lounge offers everything your heart desires.
In addition to a table tennis table and a dartboard, you’ll also find a foosball table and a pool table, among other things. Our two reading nooks invite you to browse through books, or you can choose a board or card game from our large collection in the living room.
Our selection of DVDs also offers a great way to unwind from everyday life and spend time together during film nights.
Located right next to the Kyll Valley Bike Trail, our house is the perfect starting point for fantastic bike rides through nature.
Our spacious garage is available for storing your bikes, and you’re also welcome to charge your e-bikes there. 
Hiking enthusiasts won’t be disappointed either, as you can explore various hiking trails right from our front door—whether to the Kahlem volcano, the Goldberg, or the Birresborn ice caves and the Riesenbank.
Ideal for clubs, cycling or hiking groups, and holidays with family and friends. Whether for a great short getaway or an entire holiday.
Dogs are welcome guests at Haus Eifelruhe. Out of consideration for other guests, we simply ask that your four-legged friends not get on the sofa or the beds. 
Starting in July 2026, we’ll offer you the option to charge your electric vehicle at our on-site wallbox. You can find the applicable terms and conditions under our current rates.

10-Bed Holiday Home Eifelruhe:

Our holiday home has two floors, each with 105 square metres of living space.
Also ideal for larger groups (hiking groups, cycling groups, etc.). At Haus Eifelruhe, you’ll find two large living areas with balconies, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and four bedrooms.
The living room on the ground floor is equipped with satellite TV with a DVD player, a radio/CD player, and a reading nook for relaxing evenings. In our living area on the ground floor, you’ll find satellite TV with a DVD player, a radio/CD player, a reading nook, and a pool table.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
A highlight is our game room with foosball, a dartboard, and a ping-pong table. There’s also a large garden with plenty of space to enjoy your time, as well as a play barn featuring a slide, sandpit, basketball hoop, and swing for our younger guests.
For guests with bicycles, a large garage is available for storage. An electrical socket for charging e-bikes is provided.



On-site costs: Note regarding the guest fee: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests staying at lodging establishments in the Gerolstein municipal association have been required to pay a guest fee (local tax) of 0.75 euros per person per night since 01.01.2024. Children aged 0–5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee. The bylaw can be viewed at: www.gerolstein.de/gaestebeitrag Otherwise, all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating, as well as kitchen towels, bed linens, and bath towels, are included in the price! Base price: Starting at 80.00 EUR per night for up to 2 people, depending on the current season. 20.00 EUR for each additional adult (regardless of the current season). 10.00 EUR for each additional child (regardless of the current season). This is already included in the price at the time of booking. A travel cot is available on-site. The final cleaning fee of €120.00 is already included in the booking price.One pet (dog) is welcome upon prior arrangement (flat-rate surcharge of €25.00 per pet = dog). Starting in July 2026, we’re offering you the option to charge your electric vehicle at our on-site wallbox for 45 cents per kWh!!
