This newly renovated, modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the "Villa Mare" holiday home, which has a total of 6 apartments.

The property is centrally located, not far from shopping options such as a supermarket, a bakery, and numerous small shops.

The beach is a 10- to 15-minute walk away.

With approximately 30 m² of living space, the apartment can accommodate 2 people. It features a cosy, sunny living/sleeping/dining area with a box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, a dining table for two, and two armchairs with a TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The kitchen area is equipped with two electric hobs, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a refrigerator.

A parking space for your car is included with the rental.

Your pet is also welcome. We charge a one-time cleaning fee of 60 euros for this.
